OSS oil water separator

OSS Oil Water Separator is an oil water separation solution for low flow applications. The OSS oil-water separator occupies a small area and is easy to install and maintain. The materials used can be recycled and are more environmentally friendly.
economical solution

By using OSS Oil Water Separators, there is no need to hire costly outside companies to collect and treat condensate.

Small footprint

The compact and lightweight design makes OSS especially suitable for applications where space resources are scarce.

clean water

After separation, the oil content in the water is less than 15 ppm, allowing you to safely dispose of the remaining clean condensate in your wastewater system.

material recyclable

The material of the OSS oil water separator is recyclable, so it can be recycled at the end of its service life.

excellent performance

The advanced oil-absorbing media used in the OSS has the ability to ensure the desired purity of the water.

Easy to install and replace

Standard wall or panel mounting brackets are provided for easy maintenance and replacement.

Why choose Ingersoll Rand OSS oil water separator?

Cleanliness Guarantee

OSS Oil Water Separators provide adsorptive condensate treatment for oil injected reciprocating and screw compressors, dryers and oil water separators with displacements below 30 L/s (60 ft3/min). The OSS Oil Water Separator uses new advanced filter media to remove oil and keep the oil concentration below 15 ppm.

OSS absorption is simple and efficient

  1. Condensate enters the OSS through the top inlet fitting.
  2. A pressure drop port in the top cover allows pressurized condensate to enter the separator.
  3. In pre-filtration, the oil-water mixture seeps through the polypropylene filter media, where the oil is absorbed and captured by the filter media, but the water is not.
  4. In the post-filtration stage, advanced filter media absorbs residual oil.
  5. Anti-siphon holes prevent the separator from emptying when liquid flows through the outlet fitting.
  6. Clean condensate from the outlet is almost free of oil residue. Therefore, this condensed water can be discharged into the waste pipe.
