LE/LT Oil Lubricated Aluminum Piston Compressors

LE/LT oil-lubricated aluminum piston compressors are equipped with single-stage and multi-stage compression, lower operating costs, and save space. LE/LT oil-lubricated aluminum piston compressors are your reliable choice.
reliable

The LE/LT oil-injected aluminum piston compressors offer exceptional reliability and low operating temperatures, delivering high quality air with low oil content. The compressors are made of durable high-quality materials to ensure high-quality performance and an extremely long product life.

Low operating cost and easy maintenance

The LE/LT has low operating costs, easy access to parts and service points, and simple maintenance.

Save floor space

The LE/LT is ideal for customers with space-constrained requirements. The compressor block is directly connected to the electric motor and is made of lightweight materials for excellent heat dissipation

LE oil-lubricated compressors for single-stage compression LE oil-lubricated compressors for two-stage compression

Single-stage oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors allow filtered air to enter both cylinders through inlet valves. The piston is pushed forward by a connecting rod connected to the balance crankshaft. Working pressure up to 10 bar (145psi); Capacity range: 3.4-31.7 l/s at 50 Hz, 8.3-79.8 cfm at 60 Hz. When the pressure reaches 10 bar (145psi), the air in the compressor is exhausted through the outlet valve.

LT two-stage oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors allow filtered air to enter only one cylinder. This low pressure cylinder supplies air to a second (high pressure) cylinder, which operates at 15, 20 or 30 bar (218, 290 or 435 psi) and has the following capacities:

  • 3.1-11.7 l/s at 15 bar (218 psi) 50 Hz; 7.6-23.1 cfm at 60 Hz.
  • 20 bar (290 psi) 2.1-18.0 l/s at 50 Hz, 5.7-44.3 cfm at 60 Hz.
  • 2.5-17 l/s at 30 bar (435 psi) 50 Hz; 6.6-41.7 cfm at 60 Hz. Compression temperature drops between stages to increase compression efficiency.
